This notice covers the Agentscy marketing website and its enquiry flow.

When you browse

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. Our website code does not set cookies or store form details in local storage.

When you prepare an enquiry

The contact form creates an email draft in your browser. The form does not submit your details to an Agentscy server. Nothing is sent until you send the message through your email provider. You can also copy your enquiry and email it to hello@agentscy.ai.

When you email us

The information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and workflow description, is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the potential engagement. Please avoid including customer records, passwords, or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Hosting and external links

The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. Links to the Voice platform and your email application open separate services with their own data handling arrangements.

Customer deployments

Data handling, hosting, retention, provider choices, and access arrangements for a pilot or production deployment are agreed separately as part of that engagement.
